We may also collect other service-specific information, such as personal and business details, income tax details, marital and family status, bank statements, and KYC documents through the application form, email, printed form, or any other electronic medium.

We collect personal information provided by you in the application, any other of our platforms, information generated automatically by user interaction, or through the application programming interface (API).

By clicking "Agree" to the Privacy Policy during installation, you consent to our uploading your information to our servers. We maintain strict confidentiality of your data and ensure that your information is kept safe.

2.CREDIT EVALUATION

Hereby as a customer I authorize SUNITA FINLEASE LIMITED to retrieve my credit data from credit bureau such as experian/CIBIL/equifax/CRIF etc and assess my eligibility.

3.DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

You hereby provide explicit consent to the disclosure of your information (including SPD & I) by Us to our Affiliates, employees and to third parties as per the terms of this Policy. You provide us explicit consent to share Your information with third parties only in such manner and for the purposes as described below:

• We may disclose Your information to other financial service providers, banks or NBFCs and Our third-party partners and service providers for providing the Services and offering the Products as detailed under the Terms & Conditions;
• We may share the details of the Product and Your information with our third party partners and service providers in order to conduct data analysis for the purpose of improving the Services and analyzing Your use of the Platform, and to service you better;
• We may also disclose Your information to our third-party service providers for fraud detection, risk assessment and/or for sending promotional tele-messages and email;
• We contract with third-party advertising networks, publishers and other entities to advertise Our Products and Services on Platform which are not affiliated with us and we shall share the information provided by You and the same shall not be used for any purpose other than to assist Us in Our advertising efforts.

We assume no liability whatsoever for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access to our Platform and data bases or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond Our reasonable control and you shall not be entitled to hold the Company responsible for any breach of security.

In case You do not provide Your consent or later withdraw Your consent, You shall not access the Platform and/or use the Services and also we reserve the right to not provide You with any Services through the Platform. In such a scenario, the Company may delete Your information (Personal or otherwise) or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to you.

9.DELETED ACCOUNT

A user may cancel access to us in any of the following cases:

1.If the user of the loan fails to provide all documents or requirements to become the creditor of the requested loan within the stipulated time.

2. If your first loan or refinancing application (as the case may be) is declined. The user will have the possibility to permanently delete his account from the Application. After the operation to delete the account, the user's personal data will be permanently deleted.

When deleting an account: The user's profile will no longer be visible and will require re-registration if they want to use it again.
